Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and organized.

- Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/32 of an inch.
- Understands the fundamentals of tile installation including, showers, dry-packs, floors, waterproofing, porcelain, natural stone, hand trowels, straight edges, reading a laser and a level, mixing and spreading thinsets, mortars, grouts and caulking.
- Skilled in laying out or griding out a floor, 3,4,5 Triangle, getting square with a room or structure.
- Flashing and leveling floors.
- Capable of using all tools needed to complete a tile job such as grinder, wet-saw, mixing drill etc.
- Takes pride in your work and loves the feeling of a days good work.
- Shows up on time and works till the job is done and done correctly no matter what.
